Peter Daniel, 73 years of age, married for 51 year/ Australia. 4 fathers, 2 mothers. In age of 26 illiterate bricklayer. Has dislecsy (sickness).

In age of 26 went to Billy Grem crusade and understood that all the people are created equal in the eyes of God.

He bought 3 dictionaries, put 1 next to his bed, 1 in the bathroom and 1 in a car.
Studied them from 1 cover 2 the other. Read 2000 autobiographies of famous people, started studies from the books – politics, psychology etc.

Brain is a muscle to be trained.

2x went bankruptcy. You don’t learn much from the second kick of the horse.
3rd x went bankruptcy.
4th time it became the biggest real estate company in Singapore and Honk Kong. Sold it & started a new business.
The only family/ company who owns their own bullion bank and have their own gold and silver money. 8 years ago shoot the movie about world economics and submitted in LA, won gold for participation, silver for content. Became very strong in consulting on economics. Earned 1 million in 15 minutes consultation. The company consulted earned 120 million. Back.

We have to set the goals that will change the world. The great people changed the world! – Cherchil, H.Ford, Bah, Beethoven etc. Etc.

What is the dream I want to fulfill? Dreaming is not a waste of time, then we become similar to God.

10 reasons for going into the business

God gives us gifts and often we have to go & get the other gifts needed to fulfill our dreams. Our will.

The cost of my dream (big or small) is a lifetime. People want instant success and the only instant is coffee J. This journey is up and down. Have to measure the progress. Do my problems and habits repeat?

1) size of market (u cant get it all)
2) my target market size
3) method if marketing (more money does not mean more sales) Marketing has to be 40% better than any other product. Like in music – every tone has to be perfect. Before producing or selling work on marketing.

6) Estimated timing of events
7) Inhouse management procedures

9) Relative proven past experience (2 years sell on commission; maintain control)

1) 1..?
2) enthusiasm. Either get enthusiastic or get out. Glutinous joy about things we do. Energy with wings.
3) Power of habits. Has to be developed. 120 eliminate any bad habit and it will be gone.
4) Positive thinking. Isolate bad, negative things. 1 comment can destroy a great idea. No 2nd best pilots or sergeants in our life. Full price is determination to reach distinction/ excellence.

6) Learn to speak on your feet. Sooner or later you will need the power of the public speech. Things we have to do have nothing to do with our giftings, but with commitment.
7) Emotions. Like 40 years mortgage. Emotions are subordinated to action. We have to control emotions not opposite.
8) Criticism. Criticisms have no power. It has no authority except what I give to it.
9) Law of attraction. There is no second chance for 1st impression. My clothes do not make me a man, but they introduce me. Good clothes make others to respect us. How do I look/ speak/ dress?
10) Decision-making. Christians fall down cause waiting on God, but He waits on us.
Businesses break, marriages break because not of wrong decision but because of NO decision.
U can change smth that is done, not things that are not done.

My netto value (what I sell my life for):

Count all I have (even clothes/ approximate value) – 20% - debts: years of work = what I have sold myself for in the times when world economy is blooming.

Good policy – get out of debt and stay out of it.

Leadership vs. power holder.
1) All leaders are power holders, but not all power holders are leaders.
2) leaders have dynamic qualities
3) majority is always wrong. Don’t wait until your followers will love u
4) every leader should evoke at least a little bit of fear/ if you listen to the team too much, you r following them, not they follow u
5) learn to accept loneliness and take it as good thing
6) develop the ability to accept criticism (mostly destructive)
7) understand communication/ words are the tools of trade
8) ability to predict the future flow/ sense of priority. Do 1st what does the greater effect
9) hot or cold – not neutral
10) do not stand in front of people in sickness, fear or similar
11) hire slowly, fire quickly
12) motivation (u cant catch it, it comes from inside). Whatever u do, don’t allow that people see u do silly things – they loose respect.

Every thing in this world has a time to begin and to end.

There are 3 things people stumble on: power, money and sex. Cherchil didn’t on any of these that made him a great leader.

Task:
1) 3 things I want to reach in my life (measurable and realistic) – Do not set your goals too low, be specific.
2) Choose 1 of them or u be dead in 70 days. Prioritize.
3) Quantify the dream – the #####$?
4) Desire

Even if we have the same dreams, we will reach another result, as we are unique.

Goals:
1) define your goal
2) set out your strategy
3) plan out your problems
4) build in reserves (mental, spiritual, financial, friend etc.)

Be nice to people traveling up, u can meet them traveling down.
5) relate to time frames. U can earn more money, but no time.
6) Create a master plan (written)
7) Action now

In what age do you plan to reach your full potential? Describe your potential. What % do you use now? What plan u have to get it to 100%?

What makes great people great? Sense of destiny.

Līderus nevar saražot kā cepumus ar formiņu. Ikvienam pieder kaut kas īpašs. Tos, kas veidoti ar formiņām, var un vajag vadīt. Ja pats nekļūsti par līderi, tad kļūsti par formiņu. Forma ir arī mediji un TV.

Jēzus laikā bija tikai 1 pilsēta ar 1 milj. Iedzīvotājiem. 1980. gadā – 225 pilsētas ar 1 milj. Iedz. 1 mld., kuri nav dzirdējuši Jēzus vēsti (jaunieši). Šodien viņi ir jaunieši, rīt viņi valdīs.

Līderim jābūt 3 lietām –
ETOS – morāle, raksturs, spējas pārliecināt
PATOS – spēja aizskart emocijas
LOGOS – spēja dot norādījumus, lei cilvēki varētu saprast, kas notiek

Vērtību renesance. Individuālisms.
Ja sabiedrībā kāds atsakās darboties pats, tad kādam citam jāmaksā par viņu.

KAS DARA MANI SAVĀDĀKU?

ASV palikusi kā lielākā lielvara. Bet viņiem ir milzīgs parāds – 18 triljoni $. Pat ja tas būtu 6 triljoni.. Uzņēmējs, kas būtu uzsācis biznesu Jēzus laikā un katru dienu zaudētu 1 miljonu, tad viņš būtu labākā finansu stāvoklī nekā ASV.

Ja ASV pārstātu aizņemties $, tas būtu brīnums, bet ja sāktu atmaksāt, tas būtu vēl lielāks brīnums.

Citi līderi pasaulē nav iespējami – tas ir labāk nekā Krievija, Ķīna vai Francija.
